3 reasons why hiring a Coach can make your life better!

Naturally I am going to promote the field I work in, but it often comes to my attention that my service is often misunderstood where people are missing out on what could be one of the most influential decisions they could make when it comes to their health and fitness! In this article I will highlight just “some” of the “many” benefits I see clients experience as they utilise my service and do their part to grow and develop as individuals!
DISCIPLINE
Something that comes with the territory of getting a coach. A coach worth their salt won’t be the source of your discipline. They will teach you how to tap into it. A good coach has the ability to help an open minded client to better understand what makes them tick! A good coach will help you find your “why”. The idea of coaching isn’t to order you around... -it’s to work alongside you and teach you how to reach your goal and sustain the results! Through understanding and following through with the process - discipline grows as a byproduct.
SELF - BELIEF
A lot of people know what they need to do. Yet still. Time and time again, they lose hope and go all or nothing wasting valuable time and energy just to repeat the cycle over and over again. “I just can’t lose weight.. my genetics... the kids... etc.” They lose hope and confidence in their ability to reach their goal. A good coach shows you what you CAN do. A good coach will save you time, often avoiding mistakes they have made in the past which will give you shortcuts to where you need to go. A good coach highlights the variables within your life that are within your control. As a result - you are made aware of what you ARE capable of, you now believe in yourself and follow through with your goals.
HEALTH
A lot of people get nervous when it comes to their health. It’s understandable right? You’ve been struggling with balancing work, life and the many stressors that come alongside this. You’ve put on some weight and don’t move as well as you used to. You recent gp appointment highlighted a few issues in your most recent blood work and health screen where a change in diet and physical activity is required. This where coaching can be a weight off your shoulders. You are more at ease before routine health checks. You are eating a diet that is sustainable and tailored towards your goals. You are moving more and have a training plan tailored to your needs which you enjoy and can work within your lifestyle. You are now controlling the controllables when it comes to being proactive with your health and wellness!
