If your health and wellbeing is something you truly want to invest in - this is the service for you! Hybrid options are available on a case by case basis.

INJURY REHAB WITH TWIST!
This service is offered to those who really want to focus on overcoming an injury or are simply looking to redefine how they move and feel! This service ensures you are getting the most out of the time you spend in the gym.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or even a couple of years into your health and fitness journey - there is always something positive to take from these sessions to refine and further improve your training efficiency and confidence in the gym!
Hybrid options where we can meet up to assess things in person alongside online coaching are also available here!
ONCE OFF GYM PROGRAM
This service allows for more structure and specificity toward your fitness goals. Following a consultation and screening protocol - we take a deep dive into what structure is needed in terms of exercise selection, volume and intensity with programming that is bespoke to you and your goals. Following the design of the program, there are 4 weeks where we will utilize form clip analysis to further enhance and optimise your training - ensuring execution is improved and exercises are being carried out safely and effectively. The opportunity to upgrade to my bespoke online coaching and rehabilitation service will also be made available to those who are suitable at the end of the initial 4 week phase.
