Sleep can do more than most supplements you spend hours researching!

I often find clients asking questions about this and that supplement as they chase quick fixes. We are all more than likely guilty of this at some point or other at some point along our fitness journey. However - one of the most important supplements we can focus on is well within our Grasp. Sleep. Getting 7-9 hours sleep per night is likely going to have a vastly greater impact on your quality of life and performance when compared to any “miracle” supplements you have come across. Fix your sleep first - then start looking at other options!

Consistency beats perfection!

Many of us out there will often start searching for the best way to reach our goals - which may require a training regime that is completely alien to our normal routine. For the majority of people here - gentle changes to our routine which gradually introduce new habits to our lifestyle which will be much easier to sustain and as a byproduct - make progress!

How you do one thing is how you do everything!

Giving 100% in the gym and then giving 50% or similar levels of efforts elsewhere in your life? Setting the standard early and looking to approach your nutrition and lifestyle with same level of intention will increase the probability of you making much more efficient and sustainable progress towards your goals. You do not need to turn your life upside down - just make sure you are making a similar effort to things like your nutrition, sleep and other relevant variables across the week!

Start putting these concepts to the test with your training, and just maybe you will start to better understand and appreciate the process!
